“The Green Fizz”

  • 1/2 oz. of green Chartreuse
  • 1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lime
  • Jaillance Cuvée Impériale Clairette de Die
  • 1 lime twist
In a shaker with ice add a 1/2 oz. of green Chartreuse and a 1/2 oz. of fresh squeezed lime. Shake well and pour into a flute glass. Top it off with Jaillance Cuvée Impériale, garnish with a lime twist and serve.

  • 1 oz. Campari
  • 2-4 oz. Jaillance Cuvée Impériale Clairette de Die
  • 1 slice of orange
In a large wine glass filled with ice add 1 oz. of Campari and top off with Jaillance Cuvée Impériale Clairette de Die. Garnish with an orange slice and serve.

“Mojito Royale”

  • 2 oz. white rum
  • 1 oz. fresh squeezed lime
  • 2 sprigs of mint
  • 2-4 oz. Jaillance Cuvée Impériale Clairette de Die
Pour a 1/4 oz. of rye whiskey and 1/4 oz of fresh squeezed lemon juice (or grapefruit juice if you have it) into a shaker filled with ice. Transfer into a chilled coupe glass, top off with Jaillance Cuvée Impériale Clairette de Die. Garnish with a lemon twist and serve.
